LAKE FOREST, Ill. — Tracker Marine Group has significantly increased its visibility on the boats.com Web site by signing a one-year agreement to enter Tracker, Nitro, Sun Tracker, Tahoe, Fisher, ProCraft, Astro, Myacht, Kenner, Mako and Seacraft into the site’s the NetAccess program.
“In May of last year, Tracker Marine Group joined as a boats.com Manufacturer Affiliate,” said Maurice Bowen, vice president of marketing at Tracker Marine Group. “Both our dealers and consumers have clearly indicated that the Internet and boats.com are valuable resources and we now want to ensure that consumers have ready access to our brands and our dealers.”
The boats.com NetAccess program allows manufacturers to enhance their presence on boats.com through a host of Premium services and added functionality. NetAccess subscribers have greater connectivity for their brands and dealers, including: brand specific dealer locaters, direct links to external Web sites, added email capabilities and access to premium advertising opportunities. Additionally, NetAccess participants receive increased exposure through enhanced boat listings and the featured builder rotation on the home page.
“The NetAccess level of boats.com allows manufacturers who are comfortable with the Internet to increase their success through an increased level of involvement and commitment,” said Paul Rabe, president, chief operating officer and co-founder, boats.com, Inc. “Tracker Marine Group has always been regarded as a leader, so their full participation further validates the Internet medium and that boats.com Internet site sells new boats.”
